The 36-unit apartment complex at 740-798 Florida St. and 1110-1114 Donax Ave. in Imperial Beach 91932 has been sold for $2.9 million.
The buyer was 6 Degrees Realty Capital Inc., 10251 Vista Sorrento Parkway, Suite 200, San Diego 92121, Ward B. Ozaeta president.
The property seller was D & A Daily Mortgage Fund III, L.P. The seller took back a trust deed for $2,900,782.
The apartment occupies a 43,124-square-foot corner lot.
The approximately 21,016-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1988.
The property went through foreclosure in December 2008.
In October 2006, the property was sold for $5.76 million and plans were stated for a conversion to condominiums. That sale was financed with a $7 million loan.
